Terms of service
By using Capall you agree to these terms. They cover what we promise, what we don't, your subscription, and how we handle disputes.
What Capall is
Capall is a ratings service for UK and Irish horse racing. We publish a probabilistic rating for every runner in every race we cover. We do not place bets. We do not provide tips. We do not provide stake guidance. We are not a betting operator and we are not licensed by the Gambling Commission to take bets.
Subscription and trial
- Capall is a paid subscription, billed via Stripe. Current pricing: £24.99 monthly or £249.90 annually (2 months free).
- New accounts may take up a 7-day free trial. Your card is collected at signup but not charged until day 8. Cancel at any time during the trial and you will not be charged.
- Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel from your account settings.
Refunds
You may cancel at any time. If you cancel mid-month you retain access until the end of the paid period and are not refunded for the unused portion. We will refund accidental charges (e.g. duplicate payment) on request.
No guarantee of outcomes
Our ratings are probabilistic statements about what the data says, not predictions of what will happen. Past rating accuracy does not guarantee future accuracy. You should not treat any Capall rating as advice to place a bet.
Acceptable use
- One account per person. Do not share your login.
- You may use Capall ratings for your own personal decisions. You may not resell, republish, or systematically extract our ratings.
- You must be 18 or older to hold an account.
- Automated scraping, reverse engineering, or denial-of-service style traffic is prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension.
Responsible gambling
Capall is a data product. Gambling carries financial risk. You should only bet with money you can afford to lose. If gambling is causing you harm, free, confidential help is available at BeGambleAware.org (0808 8020 133, free 24/7) and through GamCare. You can self-exclude from licensed gambling operators via GAMSTOP.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by English law, our liability to you for any claim arising from your use of Capall is limited to the amount you have paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be notified by email to registered users at least 14 days before they take effect.
